The former company building of the eponymous Elektra Bregenz stood empty for a decade and was left to its own devices. More than 6000 m² of potential space, divided into numerous offices and warehouses, awaited their final disintegration. After the takeover of Rhomberg Bau, the building was made available as a precariat to revitalize the area until its demolition in 1 – 2 years. The temporary space created here will be used to promote artists and cultural events.
